Echuca Community for the Aged employs over 100 people who are committed to providing the best possible care to residents of Wharparilla Lodge and provide support to the residents of Cunningham Downs, Brolga Apartments and Illoura Village.
 
The organisation employs Registered Nurses, Enrolled Nurses, Personal Care Workers and a range of ancillary staff.  Staff enjoy working in a modern, well equipped Aged Care facility and nursing and care staff are able to work flexible rosters across a range of shifts.
 
Echuca Community for the Aged offers an excellent and flexible salary packaging program to all part time and full time employees.  This program is only available for “not for profit, benevolent institutions” which works by reducing employee income tax payments and increasing their take home salary.
